15-Day Journaling Challenge
Learn how to journal and methods to know yourself and your life deeper.
This isn't about figuring yourself out in 15 days. It's about learning the methods and building your own journaling practice to understand yourself a little more each time you sit down to write.

Live your life more intentionally.
Journaling has been proven to be one of the best methods to understand your past, navigate your present and create your future. And like any skill, the more you practice it the right way, the more effective it becomes.
Having these thoughts lately?
"I've started a journal like three times and never kept it up."
"I bought this beautiful journal and it's still empty."
"I never know what to actually write and where to start."
"I feel so disconnected from myself and everything lately."
"I know I can do with my life but I don't really know what I should do."
Journaling is a life changing practice and skill.

Know Yourself
Stop running on autopilot. Understand your patterns, thinking, and who you are deeply.

Process Emotions
Understand what happened and why you feel this way, so you can learn from it and let it go.

Think Deeper
Slow down to look beneath the surface, so everyday life starts to feel more meaningful, richer.

Gain Clarity
Understand your past and yourself, so you can shape a future and build a life that fulfils you.

Track Growth
Build a tangible life archive that shows your growth and proves that you are in control of your life.
You need only 30 minutes a day for 15 days.
The Challenge is fully self-paced. Once you join, you can start straight away and take each of the 15 days at your own speed. There is no schedule to keep up with, so you can fit it around your life.
1. Learn the Method
Learn a new real method every day, like self-portrait, word clustering, catharsis, gratitude, and many more.
2. Write
Put the method into practice right away and write for 15-20 minutes, to understand yourself and your thoughts more deeply.
3. Reflect
You will get 3 reflection questions every day to reflect on the method and what you wrote even deeper.
4. Keep it Up
I share my entries with you every day so you're not alone in this.
Three simple things to begin.
This Challenge is made for busy lives, because you deserve time for yourself too. Anyone can find 30 minutes a day to grow, and I promise it adds up more than you think.

1. 30 Mins a Day
You only need 30 minutes a day to learn the method, write and reflect on what you wrote.

2. Pen & Paper
You can use your current notebook, or even type on your phone or laptop if you prefer.

3. Your Mind
Have an open mind and be completely honest with yourself when doing the challenge.
What changed when they started.
Real messages from the people who tried the methods first.
I've started a journal like 5 times and never made it past week one. This is the first time I've actually kept going.
Day 5 got me. felt so much lighter after
skeptical at first, thought it was just a diary lol. then the list of life day showed me a pattern I'd never noticed. still thinking about it
doesn't even feel like homework ๐ค
Thought I had zero time!! 30 mins before bed was the perfect way to end my day
did not know half of these methods and I've journaled for years
I thought journaling had to be this perfect aesthetic thing ๐ Turns out you just write. Mine is a mess and I love it
loved that Saomai shares her entries too, never felt alone in it

The story behind the challenge
Hi, I'm Saomai. I've been journaling for the past 6 years and it's one of the most life-changing things that I did for myself. I was going through a very difficult phase when I was in my early 20s and wanted to help myself get out of it. I needed a way to understand my mind, my thoughts and to work on building a better life. That's when I grabbed a pen and notebook.
I started talking about journaling on social media only 1.5 months ago and grew over 20k followers (which is crazy!). But that just showed me that people actually care about knowing themselves deeper and slowing down.
So let's do that together ๐.
Love,
Saomai
Your questions, answered.
“I've never journaled before.”
This is exactly why I built this for you. We start with a short introduction where I debunk common journaling misconceptions with research, then every day gives you one clear method to follow step by step, so you never have to figure it out alone.
“I already journal. Will I learn anything new?”
I am sure you will learn at least one new method, because I spent a lot of time researching and digging deep to put this together. Many of them come from books most people never come across, and you can keep using them long after the 15 days.
“I don't have time.”
It takes about 30 minutes a day: a few minutes to learn the method, 15 to 20 minutes of writing and 3 reflection questions. I designed it around busy schedules, so do it whenever suits you, and if a day does not go to plan, pick it up the next one.
“I don't know what to write.”
You never have to decide that. Every day I teach you one method and exactly how to use it, then 3 reflection questions help you go deeper into what you wrote, so there is never a blank page waiting for you.
“I don't want to share what I write.”
You never have to. Your entries are yours and sharing is completely optional. I share my own entries every day, so you know you are not doing this alone.
“What if I fall behind?”
There is no schedule to keep up with. The Challenge is fully self-paced, so you can go at the speed that suits your life, take a few days off and come back, or repeat a day that stayed with you.
“Is this a replacement for therapy?”
No. I am not a therapist, and journaling does not replace professional support. It helps you understand yourself and see your patterns more clearly, and it can sit alongside therapy if you have it.
“How do I access it?”
Once you sign up, you will receive an email to create your account on our platform. Then you can log in and watch each day from your phone or computer. There is nothing to download or install.
